MIDTOWN MADNESS! I tried to remember the name of this game for MONTHS! Midtown Madness, Age of Empires II and Hugo (german folk will know) were the three games already on the first PC my family got. I think you guys could've explored the fact that Akiman was actually LIVING in the offices Rockstar San Diego for a given time to the point where one of the CEOs found him walking around in his underwear at opening hours (despite the fact that the team had rented an apartment for him) and how he had a temper tantrum in which he remained on a fetal position under his desk for a couple of hours.

Yeah, Activision Blizzard were working on it as part of the True Crime series as True Crime: Hong Kong. They canceled it because of poor reviews & sales of the last game in the series (True Crime: New York City) and high production costs. Square Enix picked it up.
