I didn't. All I heard was Buzz asking, "What was I saying?" and Red and Harold replying, "The instructions." The impression I got was that Buzz was thrown off by the men's lack of reaction to his line about the new pair of jeans, and that made him forget what he was saying. If Peter Wildman really did forget his lines at that point, I agree, they made it work in the scene very well.
