I love how they really nailed the reaction with the Maiden (actual plot) plot reveal at the end where at least a few people i've watch basically say both lines before even seeing it. I guess it's not the hardest prediction to make but they put in the work for it. I really did not see it coming, they hinted it early with Maiden's intro but i thought it had to be something else. Something like the go-to "i need some time to sort myself out" deal which i guess isn't completely off but i didn't know the finger was already on the 'reset' button. I'm honestly invested in how both plots go. More so on the Maiden/Guillotine side for obvious reasons but i kind of want to know what they cook for the game side. Like, i need to know what happens next and I hope we get to see what exactly Guillotine was up to pre-event.

So, this Christmas we have the “life and death dilemma, plus Maiden’s gonna end herself (memory and personality-wise)”, huh. It’s going to be really weird when she finds out her and commanders marriage certificate. Commander isn’t Goblin slayer, he’s crestfallen warrior at this point. If you're confused about Guillo being cut off by Maiden at the 1 hour, 56 minute mark, it's part of a joke in the JP dub. Guill was reciting the full name of Konosuba. Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku wo! It gets cut off at the Shuk part. Common thing for JP properties to not mention or relate to something fully, lest they get sued. So they commonly use this bleeping censorship or being cut off.

It's mostly because a lot of VAs in EN are temp VAs due to the strike going on. Even though the Temp VAs did an amazing job bringing the characters to life 😊
