Appreciate the help. The gov should and could easily afford to pay for resources like this but you trade your spare time for helping us students. Congrats and thanks!

This times a million. It's fustrating. Millions spent here and there by the gov, I've made all this alone with about £2K in kit and software. (and a frankly insane amount of time). Why every A-level and GCSE isn't already complete to a higher standard thank this is beyond me. But sometimes its better to fix what you see in wrong the world than feel helpless. I think Thanos said it best. "Fine, I'll do it myself"

Thank you! My exam is in a week and I really struggle with Biopsychology, but you explain it in a way that's much easier to understand than the text book!

Thank you, Yeah I really spent a while making this as visual as possible, I think it gets the point across well. GL with your test!

Thanks! Been a long journey learning a new way of doing these. But I'm glad how they are turning out. I had better bring my biology A game!

Thanks Amy! Little more professional than my old hand written biopsychology videos that's for sure. Glad your still using them at uni. You will have to let me know if you think there are any videos psychology uni students would like to see. I may get round to some HE videos eventually.

I'm only in 8th grade and I was just watching this to understand the different neurons for basic science but I really want to be a psychiatrist and I know this channel will help in the future too.

Aww! thanks! best of luck with your journey! Always feel you can learn topics above your current level, so read books and watch videos about what your interested in and you will find when you learn about it again in class you will already be ahead!

How does these neurons works when we are reading?

These ones will just hold your book steady I guess. The ones in your brain is where the magic happens. 🧙♂️

hey, my text book refers to the synaptic clept as the terminal button, are these the same thing??
@PsychBoost5 жыл бұрын
Synaptic cleft is the gap between the neurons. The presynaptic cell in this diagram is the synaptic button/bouton (AKA axon terminal or synaptic bulb) you don't need to know all the names for A-level psych, GL!
