The house looks so elegant and classy! Robbie is a genius! I'm most impressed with how he planned everything, then executed his plan. I noticed that the bathroom door looks very nice and glossy. Did he paint that? It looks so much better, and goes with the sleek design of the new kitchen and living room.

What a beautiful updated kitchen! Kudos to Robbie for an amazing job A little comment on your wooden dining table... You can actually find a place to customize a glass table top for your wooden table to help protect it, yet doesn't look tacky. It makes it look elegant and easy to clean and protects the wood in a long run... Lastly, I noticed when you move your furnitures such as the nesting table, it makes noises and sometimes hard to move. You can actually buy furniture pads protector, it protects your floor from scuffs and scratches, and makes it sooo easy to move furnitures around and slides easy when you're cleaning.😊 Congrats again!!!🎉🎉❤

I didn’t get putting the dish rack in the cabinet but it works and frees up the counter space. I thought the island needed more of an overhang to sit on the bar stools to eat but it looked quite fine. Thanks for sharing this pivotal moment in your life. Again. Robbie is a perfectionist👌 One thing I may suggest is to paint the door in white or same color of your wall. Maintaining is very important. Especially the lighting very ingenious of Robbie👍👍👍 Might I suggest 3 things: - put a curtain over the door behind the couch to simulate a window and hide the door. - Area rug under the sofa and coffee table to compartmentalize the living room. - Put an external outlet on the side of the island facing the window for electrical cooking appliances you might use on the island. Just suggestions I hope both of you will consider.

Hi from Colorado. I love love love Robbie’s craftsmanship, he’s so handy and the attention to details. I am thinking you can switch the dining table to a round table to place in the middle(might be too tight for walkway), add an area rug for the sofa area. Move the planters and add 2 side tables next to the sofa. Add an armchair where the planters are in the corner for more seatings when family and friends are over? For the wall shelves above the Cardenza by the back door - I am thinking you can put up picture frames of your family or just one 16x20” with a picture of the whole group picture of your family then have plants, Bluetooth speaker, candles, decoration object that reflect the Philippines or of your travels so when people come into the house ..you’ll have something “wow” for them to look at (1st impression) …memory foam kitchen mats by the sink and stove is an idea too. Cute 2 cooking burners and good choice of window blinds. I have rubber mats in my kitchen cabinets, they protect the wood and keep things from sliding when opening and closing of the drawers especially. I am loving all the ambiance lightings. Don’t forget to steam or iron the teal curtains. Keep up with the good work and HAPPY COOKING in the new kitchen!!! ❤
