the bad part with the website, like it maybe lacking security like VPN bypasses and such, so if someone spoofs they're information when loading on the website, they could fill out the form of some other unsuspecting person's information (like a SWAT but more undetected, if not protected properly) but it would just depend (now this is going based off of those type of criminals online) because SWATTING somebody over the phone can always be very very risky, so if they don't watch the website properly, someone could enter the details of somebody else they would want to be arrested/scared (like SWATTING, supposedly)
