The 1999 is in really good shape. Might have to switch out the one I have in my 50 years of Zippo case with it. Yes, it's definitely cooler than Elf on a Shelf. She explained how it's supposed to work. That someone hides it and whoever finds it rehides it. In plain sight, of course. After the video, I re-hid it in her coat pocket, lol. 🤣🤣🤣

Other than maybe requesting one from Zippo, I'm not sure where people have been getting them. The two I have I've gotten from receiving packages from other collectors that includes one with the item. Could always Google the image of one and save it to your phone, maybe. I do that myself, actually. There is also a very good website for dating vintage Zippos, glenzippo.co.uk

Usually, the easiest way to purchase a Zippo made in 1995 would be off of Ebay. There are a few groups on Facebook that are geared towards collectors selling Zippos. There are some really good sellers on them.
