Then, use SketchUp to draft the design and arrange the interior layout. For creating the animation video, you can use tools like D5, Lumion, Enscape, or Chaos. I believe I’ve seen all of these homes in previous videos so I am assuming this is a compilation. Of these I prefer the first and the sixth, A359 and A455, with the fourth one, A389 which needs a little tweaking for me. What you didn’t share with us in this video is the square footage of each of the interior spaces of these homes. Of these 3 I like, are any over 2200 ft.²? I think in the fourth one I didn’t care for not having a garage but I like the house layout. So, should if one order from you, is this just a floor plan layout with room dimensions or is this a full set of building plans with all the elevations, electrical, plumbing, internet et al? What I am hoping to build is a home for two, hence the need for a nice master suite, with capacity to sleep 4 more adults and 4-6 children. A two-story would be more economical, 6-7 adults, 4 granddaughters could do a bunk room, 2 grandsons. May be a pipe dream, but I would like to see my family all together under one roof at least once a year without the expenses of not just travel but the addition of hotels. Maybe parking at tiny house on wheels on the property is the answer. Then I would be fine with a three bedroom home, and a THOW or a 2 BR short term rental home?
