@@CulperCast lol this must be a crowder team member trying to win over the internet. I watched the show, Dave was always fine...even when he was being gaslighted and abused by psycho crowder; that dude is a chump gaslighting his own wife. screw him hes an insecure tool.
@adamcoffland1332
@adamcoffland1332 Жыл бұрын
@@CulperCast I never listened to or watched Crowder's show. In fact, I didn't even know Dave was on it, otherwise I might've tuned in. That being said, Crowder recently came under my radar when Mark Dice made a video about him turning down a massive offer for his show, and whining that it wasn't good enough. Then, the video of him berating his wife leaked, and a couple KZbinrs I follow covered that. Next, I see that Dave had left his show, and now his new co-host, Bryan Callen leaked a video of a confrontation with Crowder. Seeing all of that, and hearing what Dave's said, I've concluded Crowder is likely a big prick.

@@martymcfly88mph35 Dave _kind of_ lit out on Anthony with very little warning because he got a better offer from Crowder. Ant, in typical fashion, understood it was about business, but razzed him for it all the same. There was never any real animosity, it was just Ant kind of like "Dude, I'd have understood, just don't leave me hanging."

I knew something was off with the way FunDip left, but put that down to ideological differences alone. But he had hints of abusive, pseudo-macho rage and a one-sided narcissism in front of the camera, from when he pontificates to when he insults his employees but never gets insults back. Those employees would take it well but it never went back to Steven. Haha FunDip is fat, I’m not! Haha Jared is weak, I’m not! Bet he’s GAY. Haha Dave is short. I’m not! Haha let’s dub these two 1/4 black and 1/2 Asian, lol. Haha Ben Shapiro is ugly. (Not an employee but still.) Not once has there been a ‘Haha I’m…’ unless it was a compliment or false and very slight modesty. Nor a single return by anyone else on his show. The whole HR Sam running gag is so in our faces it has to have no connection to reality, right? Right? In not so sure now.

The only problem I had with what Dave did was the manner in which he left Compound, ie saying nothing until the day he actually left and informing Anthony via email that he quit. I never had an issue with him wanting to leave for Crowder and a larger income + audience. It sounds like after 2 years of Crowder becoming increasingly shltty towards to him he realized just how good it was at Compound and ended up missing it.

Crowder seems most comfortable with highly talented cochairs who are either at least 15 years older or at least 10 years younger than him, but not one close to his same age over an extended period. I’m eager to put my theory to the test with DiPaulo, who I think he will continue to respect just for being a veteran elder. As for younger, talented newbies, if Crowder can’t maintain his patience with THEM, than his entire endeavor and stated mission since the adpocalypse turned him against KZbin & Susan, not to mention his entire rationale for making an enemy of Jeremy Boring, has been in VAIN, and I will NEVER watch him again if he ever treats a newbie half this badly. Doing so will prove it was all either a lie, or, at best, that he’s simply an utter failure who can’t remotely deliver on his ideals. I’ll find out.

Crowder is one of those brilliant people who start losing it when they become famous or successful to a certain point. Things build up with health conditions and his family life and publicly being in the spot light while it’s happening- reminds me of Howard Hughes or that type- it happens. He is also on meds regarding the pain he endures and if their groupings of steroids based drugs to bring swelling down in a long term format- I’m telling you, you can have really strange side effects such as anxiety, paranoia, lashing out with anger issues, - all of those including not thinking straight are symptoms of being under a steroid-based drug. This happened to me and my husband and the doctors told us NOT to make any major life decisions on this drug- he lost his ever living senses- he was acting like a nut job and I didn’t even recognize him. He did everything and more that the doctors said he would. All the couples in our ‘experimental’ group many of whom had been married 25+ years and were happy coming into this- all were divorced by the end of the drug test. Come to find out now they only give an 1/8 as the top dose of what my husband was taking and the others. It’s much more carefully distributed- in short, they ruined 7 couples beautiful lives! And I’m just thinking from what he had talked about before - he might be on something similar because it sounds exactly like it to me- then add all the other pressures.

You owe nobody nothing when you leave anywhere ever. Does that sound harsh? Yes, because it fuc&ing is? But that's what employers give employees/independent contractors/part-timers/etc. when they pull the trigger. Often, you can't get into the building, your floor, or your office because access keys and codes have been changed. When your head stops spinning and you are able to actually inhale your first breath of oxygen after an amazingly devastating event of this type. One of the first realities and clear thoughts you are able to process is how many people were required to communicate, coordinate, and implement the plan. The plan that was all designed to surprise the hell out of you, take all your business [commissions/clients/contacts/bonuses/etc.], with no notice, and lock you the fuc& out.
