It's not hard to get dave on a show these days, he's rich enough that he's simply begun taking 'the opportunity to punch down on people' as payment. When a dude who can afford to eat gold with every meal decides he wants people to start valuing his opinion that's when anyone with children, a mortgage, elderly or disabled family members to care for, etc should start to reach for their pitch fork because that dude can afford to knock down your local library and set up a club or conference hall for him and his buddies to discuss their values in your town and before you know it you can't even afford to live in your own town anymore.

At work I am around some of the richest people in southern California and they treat me with total indifference.
