Characters such as the endless, angels and presence exist outside of the multuverse and are very much broken in terms of power (Basically spectre gets used as a 💩 rag by any one of them). The presence is currently missing kinda how he was missing in the show Supernatural for a long time, however last I checked his granddaughter Elaine Belloc also the daughter of Michael aka Lucifer Morningstar's brother has taken over and is just as powerful as the actual presence some believe she actually is the presence reincarnation some believe the presence is dead by unknown means and she has simply inherented the throne. Without writers legitimately saying so I'm not making assumptions. As far as we know he is simply missing however his granddaughter is just as powerful as the actual presence and she will be on the throne until he comes back if he ever does.

I’m so behind on buying trades that most of this makes little to no sense but is still awesome. I watch these type of videos here and there for some cool looking stories but I jumped on board with New 52 and slowly started buying trades and hardcovers in like 2012 but only here and there it’s been about a year since I’ve gotten any. I haven’t even reached Rebirth books. But I’m the type of person who wants the whole story arcs on my shelf, sure I’ll buy all the volumes of certain characters I like and pass on a lot more since it’s impossible to keep up with all of them. But I got a lot of Justice League Batman and Detective Comics reads to do plus all the Metal stuff.

This just left me feeling confused and mildly annoyed. I'm so lost on what exactly is happening here, and why DC is going (pardon the pun) batshit insane with all these hybrid batmen... more than half of which aren't even batmen, just said to be some mix of him and other beings. I feel like the main story has been almost completely lost under this avalanche of 'what ifs' they're throwing into the mix.

Dc comics are oversaturated with batman now....i.mean it was around a few years ago but now its dialed up 100....its a great time to be a deranged batman fan cos ur essentially getting deep throated and prostate massaged at the same time.....while the rest of us who are fond of other characters have to watch batman fuckin take up all of the comics.....fucking stupid man....they need people in charge who love and respect all of the characters at dc who can invest time into fleshing out lesser known characters instead of relying on batman when sales are down
