The Return of the Greyfriars to Walsingham

Beautiful interview. So encouraging that the Franciscans have returned to Walsingham on the Feast of St. Joseph. Lovely to see the ancient ruins of the Franciscan Friary in Walsingham. These ancient ruins point to the glory of the ages of faith and the great need in these times for Penance and Reparation to atone for the tragedy of the Reformation and the destruction of so much that was Holy in England Mary's Dowry which still remains with us into present times. We pray for the Conversion of England. We pray for the rebuilding of the Church here in England and throughout the world in the true spirit of St. Francis.

Can I come to Walsingham Can I come to stay walking in the olden paths where Jesus used to play One true son of Mary Happy as a lark Following his father's rule nearest to the harth. Drawing all men to him mansions of the Earth. When it is I went away I lost my way at first. Love in kindness golden. Strangers the beloved. Tears that flood into my eyes where there is only love.
