Both situations were caused by pretty much the same problem, too many casual and verbal agreements that allow people / businesses to have possession of rudy's cars. the bill racks up in the background for whatever reason the businesses wanna come up with and when rudy's presented the bill he doesn't pay it (I assume because it's overpriced but we'll never know the true numbers) and either it spirals out of control or the car just never gets back to his hands.

For charging him for storage fees and or any labor that may have been done to a vehicle that was brought to their shop to be worked on? What do you really believe he could get out of suing them? The situation is shitty and I don't agree with the shop or how it was dealt but they were well within their right to charge him for a vehicle that was left at their shop for a year.. Ruddy had a deal with Josh to work on it in exchange for borrowing money to move. I don't know the circumstance of the deal beyond that but it seems like Josh had his own deal with the shop to complete the work there and somehow someone dropped the ball somewhere whether it be Josh, the shop or both.

It seems like Josh had a falling out with the shop he worked at and since he brought the truck there they werent just going to let him take it since he had them store it for a year along with him doing some work on it there that they didn't make any money on. They werent just going to let him take it without be compensated somehow. So rubdik ended up having to foot the bill to get the truck back for whatever the deal Josh had with the shop that fell through. This all speculation but that's what sounds like happened from the little knowledge we know about it v

Driving a car to 10/10ths of its limit is so much more fun than chickenfooting a 500hp monster, less trouble to get in, less things to break, less risk to life means you can truly savour each moment. My favourite care ive ever owned is just an n/a inline 6 rwd with poly everything, coilovers, and ebc pads with slotteds. Can literally use every single hp available. Ps. Muscle is 3x heavier than fat for the same size, so if you train for muscle growth you wont really lose any weight after the first few months, you are still improving though.

It was disassembled in the first place to have a radiator core support replaced and bay done so body panels can actually be fit. That part has been gone over before. I received it in pieces on a trailer loaded sketchy with things missing after it was held ransom. I made it a roller and had what was there that could be temporarily mounted because it had to go on an open transport trailer with no space for body parts inside the truck. All of it needs to come off anyway for the core support repair and then everything can be fit. As for the engine, I have no idea. There was a bag of hardware covered in painters tape on the top of it when it came back. I didn't write that. All of this was explained in private. I did not hold anything ransom, I did not conspire to do anything malicious whatsoever.

Ruddy I think it's just something you realize as you get older, many people are out there to f*ark you, but when you find solid real true friends they're worth their weight in gold. I've had many a fake friend that thought they were smart but ended up to be the worst back stabbers and two faced people you've ever met, but not all hope is lost, you just learn from these experiences and push forward with your own goals and ambitions, you'll prevail in the end mate, the best always do :)

Y'all need to chill i dont blame Josh shit happens. I would definitely make sure they didn't mess with that sr and post pictures on their shops reviews because even if you were in the wrong it doesn't give them the right to vandalize your car they dont own it.
