Yup that was me also, I had to ask God to please help me. I felt as though I was losing my mind, my brain knew better but my heart was allowing me to keep him in my life. It was a sick co-dependency for 13 yrs. Finally I got tired of it and went cold turkey, changed my number, closed my social media accounts and worked my a** off to get my stuff together. Loving someone and walking away was thee hardest thing I've ever done. I cried and cried lord knows I did, I would constantly think of him morning to night. In time things have gotten so much better for me. I see things clearly now I have to thank God for that because I had no one to call when I was dealing with this. I also had to remember who I was before him and forgive myself for allowing myself to be treated in such a way. Now that I have peace of mind oooooh my gooodnesss it feels so good.

Every. Single. Thing. Happened in my relationship with my ex just as you described. I still have my days with the tears, but he doesn't know that side. The side that he DOES know is that I didn't play into his hoover move, that I didn't give him back the power, and that I haven't reached out to him wanting him back. He thought I couldn't make it without him, well, he underestimated me and actually empowered me to make sure I prove him wrong. There are days I miss him...crazy, I know...but I've come so far in my healing that I won't subject myself to his disrespectful treatment and emotional abuse towards me again. That is EXACTLY what happened to me. He became unbelievably abusive, I finally began to crack up. I just knew he had met someone but he bare faced denied it. I ended it. After I moved out he acted like he'd changed and we were getting back together. It was all a ploy so he could drop the new supply on me like a ton of lead. He even told me he'd gone out of his way to punish me. He then started to bait me via text so I'd lose it and them he could show her my texts and say see what I'm dealing with, poor me 🙄. This abuse and mental torture After we spilt up was actually the most damaging part of our relationship and it continued until I went no contact. I immediately felt in control of the situation. I immediately began to heal. It was like a weiight lifting off my soul and I finally found myself again. Going no contact is the only way. It feels impossible, it feels like cold turkey because in a way it is. But its the only thing to do. Otherwise you are their play thing to torture as they see fit, like a cat playing with a mouse as it dies. Last time I saw my ex narc in town he looked dreadful, twisted dark, nasty and evil. He was in a vile mood and the new supply was trailing up the road after him looking miserable. I think he realised he'd thrown over a really good woman for a girl young enough to be his daughter plus she's off loading her young son onto him and he's entirely incapable of responsibility. He didmt look in good shape and neither did their relationship. I laughed for days quire honestly. It tickled me pink.

My ex TRIED reverse discarding me bc he always told me that the worst thing he ever seen was his parents cheat on each other & that he’d never do that (LIAR). I told my ex-narc to go find someone else who gave a damn about him because I didn't anymore. I had been made him sleep on the couch. I had stopped having sex with him because of the constant disrespect towards me, and told him that because he was NOT my husband, I had NO obligation to sleep with him, or take care of his sexual needs. So, I told him to go get it from someone else who's going to allow him to talk to them crazy because I was done! He did go and find someone else, but I overheard him telling the new supply that I was not romantic, and he was horny.🤣 So, he started getting it from her (because he love bombed her telling her what I wasn't doing, but not what he wasn't doing.). I didn't care as long as he stopped asking me. I was behind the scenes making moves getting approved for a home loan (we rented the house we shared). I got approved and closed on my new home 2 weeks after he moved out. He moved out of state and took the new supply with him to help him unpack and get his new place together. He didn't know I was closing deals until after I moved and blocked him a month later. Not sure if they're still together and don't care. But, I'm sure he'll be trying to call me tomorrow considering yesterday was his birthday (11/24) and he didn't hear from me. But, he's blocked on everything. 😊

It's so hard when you've been trauma bonded but it's not impossible. Been through it. Time heals all wounds, and the ultimate reward at the end is when you finally get the strength to let them go, and you regain your power, and confidence that they depleted you from during the toxic roller coaster ride. It's funny how their lame reverse discard game ends up backfiring on them. They really don't think you have the strength to go through with it. Apparently our love and vulnerability towards them often translates to weakness for them.. We often have to remind these immature men who we really are .They always expect us to feel deep regret later on and give them another chance once their new supply ends . You will know when it happens because they will find a way to reach out to you. But beware, they're usually only coming back for energy to use for their next victim. When things don't go according to their plan they're shocked, and feel powerless, and that's when they finally realize they lost you, your done, its really over......The biggest payback is moving on and living your best life while while they're living a life of regret of losing you.

I tried to get near her and she would giggle and say its closed down there. At the end of my Relationshit with her after she pushed me to the point to where I had to Walk Away she was starting fights picking Arguments with me.I'm saying to myself there as to be a New Supply could be her Ex Low Self Esteem Ex Husband or a Coworker who knows. Thank you so much for this video. It felt as though I had a personal councilling session with you. Everything you said and felt personally is what I've gone through. I'm in control now because I ended us. I genuinely believe he's been unfaithful to me when I was with him. He constantly, relentlessly accused me of the worse things you can think of. He crossed examined me on MY past. Degraded me, abused me on every level. He used his own grown up daughter, who's no doubt damaged by him, to emotionally blackmail me, because she trusted me more than her own father. I genuinely love her as my own and when I ended the vile relationship, I knew I wouldn't be able to see his daughter again. All contact has ended and I'm glad of that but I'm scarred. I'm happy with my son, daughter and little family and close friends. I'll die single but happy and at peace. Thank you so much for this video. Everything you spoke was most definitely truth,I was the new supply at one time,I kept seeing videos about narcissist when I researched it all,I couldn’t believe that I came across somebody like this,and because they know I was on to them,the gave me hell,and still trying,but they have the one before me still just found out they are a narcissist also but she is worse,but the new supply after she’s getting groomed.. poor girl she has no idea how her life will change dealing with that narc

This is scarily accurate. I had a holiday planned to Amsterdam with her, and when I saw her toxicity a couple of months prior to this, I kind of knew what I was dealing with. A couple of friends essentially describe she would reverse discard me. Low and behold a week beforehand, she manufactured a HUGE argument. I had no choice but to not go, and have remained no contact since. I knew how much supply (sex) she would have been getting over there - the reason she did it in the first place. True evil, and cruelty. I lost my flight money and a few other bits and pieces - but at least I have my dignity and most of my sanity. Hey family. I discarded my ex narc in February. She has been calling no caller back to back a few times. We both drive trucks in the same proximity, so she try to speak to me occasionally. I ignore and keep it moving. It does get hard some days. Especially when I think about the trouble she caused. My last straw was when she made up a plot of pregnancy. But wouldn’t show me proof after she claimed to have terminated it. That broke me pretty bad. It still bothers me today.

I believe that my ex narcissist did a reverse discard but I did in fact end the relationship! He got his way! But then he returned in a narcissistic rage kicking and banging on my door in the middle of the night a 2 nights later yelling, calling me out of my name threatening me and my family! Saying he was going to piss on my recently deceased parents grave! I don't understand why he came back 2 days later in a rage when he successfully received his reverse discard? He is getting married this month to his new supply who proposed to him! He has been doing things consistently to purposely under my skin! I don't understand why he doesn't just go on to live his life happily ever after with his new supply and stop trying to do things to trigger me to be upset! I have been silent and have not done anything to out him! He has no reason for it! I am in my own lil part of the world trying to heal and stay out if their path and he is purposely flaunting her around in places that he knows I may make an appearance at! He took he to my church on Easter Sunday and used my church for her mother's memorial! Just being messy!
