I just did my first up and under in game and two things: 1. It was instinct and i didn’t think about it so the ball went smoothly right from one side to the other. 2. Its was fucking awsome after when i realized what i just did, as my teammates Also were hype since they knew I practiced this finish. Moral of the story, go work on it because eventually you’ll do it in game and it will feel amazing when it works.

1 time i instinctivly did an inside out at the right time and shocked that i unconsiously put my opponent 5 feet away from me
