Howdy kinsman 👋🏻from the Piney Woods of East Texas...The cure for an unnatural affliction we find ourselves subjected to at an alarming rate is found in the natural world...Cant beat the sounds smells and coolness of the wood forests...I myself love our Pine Forests preferably in Fall Winter and Spring , our summers are miserably hot n humid but if you get in the woods its very bearable...This is a beautiful channel, should have many more subs! The woods and rivers are our homes and natural habitats! ♥️🩸🇬🇧🇺🇸

Alice Wilde The natives didn't profess to own Canada. They didn't subscribe to the concept of land ownership. I'd be interested to know where you are and who you/your ancestors stole from?

In addition they stole from each other and killed , took each others people as slaves. Not unusual in the day.

Having once lived on a smallholding, owning a woodland is highly appealing to me. I understand you can't fully live in it in the UK, but still sounds like it would be nice for little breaks :-).

It's sad how expensive a woodland is in the UK. I own 32 acres in the stars and it cost me next-to-nothing. Good for this couple, though!

Jeez. A lot of jealousy in the comments about rich woodland owners. Guess what? Woodlands arn't that expensive. Have a look online you can buy a couple of acres of woodland for less than the price of a decent new car. Good luck to this couple. They worked harder than you lot and that is why they are sat in their own woodland chilling out with their grandchildren.

You are absolutely spot on correct. In usa you can buy 60 acres of forest for 75k the mortgage payment would be about 600 per month maybe even less. Now compare that with the price of a house with no land for 200k or more. With property if the lay of the land and codes allow it tou can build multiple houses and subdivide land for your children and grandchildren.

one often thought of buying a woodland for ones self and ones family , and getting up in the morning , slipping into casual clothes and taking ones land rover to the woodland. but then one realised how greedy landowners are and how only the well off can afford this . must be nice if you can afford it though !
