I’ve been on the lookout for a woodland for a while. I love being in the woods, camping, relaxing and would enjoy managing a small ish woodland. Also would be good to see wildlife flourish by managing correctly

Everywhere I walk in Lancashire, I see neglected lands I'd love to curate 😞 I haven't the money needed to OWN woodland and my family and friends aren't wealthy either, but I have been adding to and maintaining the lands nearby for a while. I would love to be able to apply my knowledge for my own benefit and to protect some of our dwindling environment and one day I will. So far, I have a flat and a driveway. The wife and I begun creating an ecosystem immediately and this year, our new trees are teeming with birds and bees. Fruit and veg on the way and over 300 native species growing which I will deposit in the local area to boost biodiversity and food for people and animals. Until I can buy land, I'm returning my little slice of England back into the forest it was

You can get paid to maintain woodlands if you're in the North West I could even show you specific land where people would pay you

What's the point of buying otherwise? "buying to enjoy" is still an investment. The payoff being the enjoyment.

I would love to hold land to keep the nature safe grow fruit trees with a free community allotment and stop all the big companies filling it with houses and solar panels

@@AnthonyJohnson-qv5nc I'm in eastern Canada, So no cougars and only black bears which are harmless. There is nothing in the woods that can hurt you. 7 months of beautiful weather and 5 months of shitty winter.

L0NG HAUL you can have a Mobil home on it OK, but not to build on, I'd cut down what's their and start from fresh tree's I won't , I love pine tree's.
