I haven't had time to listen to this video yet, but I have listened to Robert Kiyosaki's book Rich dad poor Dad free on YT, and agree with him because I was adopted by a rich dad with the same attitude and when I met my poor birth dad who's attitude was opposite i know Mr. Kiyosaki was spot on 👍 Edit: & BTW I got zero inheritance because my dad said he came from nothing and so can I . Still working on it. LoL

It took me 5 years to buy first property and another 3 years to start doing it as a business. Robert got my couple $$ for his book I guess and much more for the CashFlow game. I wish I’d learn this 20-30 years ago and I’d be much more successful now. David with his cash only teaching is for people who has no discipline. I’m buying houses on different credit: from credit cards to HELOC and right now I have 8 houses rented, mine paid off and retirement not dependable on SSI. If you listen to what they have to say for FREE and implement this in life - you’ll be thankful to any liar or crook out there. Learn how people make money and create your own model
