CG, the second perk works well for the gold build at lvl 4, just make sure you select it - took me a while to figure out why I wasn't unlocking chests for free...

5:04 "I don't know why I'd want the piggy bank." Because it gives you 200 gold? And after 10 spins, it removes itself from the board. It's like it would be renting one of your open spots for 10 spins (not rounds, SPINS) and pays you 200 gold for it.
