Olympia Fields resident here: this is somewhat an illusion. The home shown was r.kelly’s infamous house, which he sold to the isleys after his conviction and the home is the largest in the area by a mile - we are a very small community with modest homes aka the money is in the bank and not something “worn.”

I don’t know where they got their Windsor hills data from cause uuuuuh there is NO home for sale that’s not nearly 2 million. This must be data from about 2002

Stop it! Gentrification is just a cliche term and I’ll be so glad when that wave has passed. Windsor Hills/ view park 90043 and 90008 have VERY FEW of the “others” in the community. I can probably point to every home that has a none black family. Are you from the community or are you just saying that?

This is so bogus. Stone Mountain Village Ga. Has never been considered African American. Noticed that they didn't give any celebrity names for this town. Stonecrest, GA, is a very affluent African American community.
