Good day Rush. Thanks for another beautiful community tour. Not sure if its the wealthiest, I think that is debatable. What I can safely say though it is one of the best maintained and most organized looking of all the upscale communities .You can see that, unlike some other communities the residents take pride in the aesthetics of the overall community and not just their individual properties. This one is definitely a model community. Very nice. Be safe.👍✔

Thanks for the tour Rush, the place is indeed well cared for, and what you said about vetting sounds right. Money alone is not enough to win admittance in some areas. Some exclusive areas are known chiefly to the people who live there, or staff employed there. When in high school, visited an area in the hills, and found myself looking at an enormous place that reminded me of Jamaica House. There were two gates in a semi circle driveway, recall my astonishment as a then 15 year old.

The vetting of residents make area maintain upscale status since the 60s, as well as Norbrook. Stony Hill area nearby was once exclusive too. Thanks for videos as it update diaspora

I used to live in Stony Hill so used to come through here regular. probably my favourite. Closer to the shopping centre is the tax office and CS police station and bus and taxi stop for HWT and Lawrence Tavern and so the area near the shops is always full of ummm, local, Jamaicans. I’ve not seen this side of MP and it’s a bit of a surprise. JA has some unexpectedly beautiful communities. I’m happy to say that I’m moving back to Stilwell/Stony Hill area as it’s so much cooler and quieter.

Barbados wealthy communities are really nice.I happened to have a Bajan Neighbor growing up in Portmore and they invited me to Barbados in 98 and I loved it ..Beautiful island and people.

Its hard to determine Jamaica's wealthiest neighborhoods due to the complexities and the vast terrain of the land . Jamaica has communities that the average Jamaican dont even know about. I remember, accidentally making the wrong turn one day and discovering a community where Chinese amd Indians lived .just 10 minutes away from where I lived for 25yrs...It blew my mind away.

Please define what “richest neighborhood” means for people watching”? Is it based on the highest property values or the net worth of the residents? Manor Park is definitely a beautiful neighborhood but the majority of high net worth Jamaicans live elsewhere.

I really cant understand why the method of road resurfacing continues to be applied in jamaica.....its madness ....they keep using the same procedure and getting the same results......roads with an extremely short life...that entire neighbourhood was resurfaced not long ago ....pissibly less than a year and its already starting to deteriorate......so frustrating to helplessly watch our governments incapababilities.....
