Hi Rush, I wanted to express my appreciation for this video introducing us to The SpyGlass at Tavistock Terrace. The location looks absolutely stunning, and the views overlooking Kingston from the mountains are incredible. Your insights and commentary were excellent, showcasing the beauty and unique aspects of the area. However, I noticed that the video was quite shaky, which made it challenging to fully enjoy the visuals. I think investing in a camera with better stabilization would greatly enhance the quality of your videos. The smoother footage would allow viewers to better appreciate the stunning scenery. Additionally, I wanted to mention that your drone videos are particularly outstanding. The aerial views provide a smooth, comprehensive perspective that really highlights the beauty of the locations you feature. I felt the same about your last video on the waterfront at the Multi Dwelling High-rise in Kingston 2. The drone footage in that video was excellent, but the walking segments suffered from similar shakiness. Overall, your content is fantastic, and these adjustments could make it even better. Looking forward to more of your great work!

Hey denkue. Appreciate the feedback as I also share them. I am working on the shakiness though, the perfect fix is gimbal. Thanks for your continued support.

What the Prime Minister has to do with the development? This is a private initiative. This development is not a government project. Please don't tarnish the business people effort by aling this project with any government.

@@johnrucumbine8363The government created the climate so business can grow and that includes eliminate certain time of tax, change the law so much multiple story building and give waivers so it's an incentive for these developments so it's not about the government building these hence credit to the JLP for its business friendly climate. The previous government was inti business with its high taxes, stifling bureaucracy and it's focus on government should be active in the economy and that approach stifles growth and we saw that in the 18 years when the PNP was in office. So your ignorance is excused
@johnrucumbine83638 ай бұрын
@@Wes20231 Your initial argument inferred that the government actually built those homes. I have never seen this kind of development in Jamaica in my many years of living. So if the government actually eliminated barriers to development, then credit is due to this government. On the other hand, I have never seen the unprecedented levels of corruptions, murders, crimes, grimes and incivility in Jamaica in my lifetime. The healthcare system is in total disarray. The educational system has become breeding ground for the issues I have laid out in my rebuttal. So, yes, let us call a spade a spade. Blessed love to you, though

@@johnrucumbine8363 Seriously about unprecedented corruption, murders etc. I like facts and honest reporting and don't make wild and speculation. Transparency International which is the global body that monitors corruption and in there latest report on country worldwide says of jamaica that the level of corruption in jamaica is at the lowest in years yet people like you love the narrative that corruption is at peak when its not. Secondly murder rate in jamaica is heading down and based on data there has been a 23% declined in murder in 2023 and so far this year its down 13%. But these facts don't matter as they don't fit your narrative and others who speak authoritatively with out facts. Interestingly I was just watching this online vlogger from Ukraine named Irina who has made jamaica here home and puts out factual information and because of her work I can use her publications as a source of reference as her publications are credible. She is doing more than us Jamaicans who are born yet...Like I man born ya..but these are the same people who are claiming that them born ya is out on the street of America damaging the country such as your bare face declarations which are not facts and you have no source as reference. I have pointed out my source. We Jamaicans are our worse enemy as we speak often without facts

The logo look poor for extreme luxury. That's the brand image right there and I'd think they do better and get a good designer to represent these exclusive homes. All they could do was put a S in a glass? Regular font too. The one with the colours looks like a kindergarten design.

Can someone tell me why does the Prime Minister needs to present at a private venture on tax paying time? Very strange, its not a government project, so why is he there for the opening?
@jamessexton45068 ай бұрын
"Tax paying time"? LOL. I suspect that the PM is paid a salary ... not hourly wage. And he's always on call. If a big earthquake happens at midnight, his work day begins! Anyway, when he shows up at these openings it's because he was invited, by the developers, to say a few words. The PM likely receives many more invitations than he's able to accept. When it comes to large projects, gov is often involved at some background level too (approvals, incentives, facilitation, etc.).

Many Jamaican live in areas like these for several years. I am sure they have researched the area and have taken all the necessary health and safety measures before investing their billions on this project.
