Most of the time you can get away with a unisex approach for a Christian clothing brand as the faith is not gender specific. However, I love the micro niche's and if you dominated the men's Christian clothing brand space you could carve out a nice piece of the market. You could focus on men and make it unisex and then even females could buy if they would like. When are you looking to launch? - Aaron

@@Bitbranding Aaron, thank you so much for the feedback! My previous brand (God Over Anxiety) I focused solely on women and managed to get the monthly gross to $60,000 pretty easily. Unfortunately I was selling the Tees for $9.99 and $12 so wasn’t much room for a profit unless I scaled up significantly which I didn’t have the man power at the time (Just my wife and myself) So all that to say I’m pretty great at designing and branding for women apparel lol. But you think this time I should brand for men? Thanks in advance! PS: I’m planning to launch by the end of next month and will reach out for help with marketing so I can actually focus on the brand and logistics this time around.

Live campaigns should be separate. I also like lives to go to warm audiences. This is the only caveat here.

Sales is the main metric, but if you are not getting those, then work backwards. Most of the time it isn't necessarily the ad as much as it is the website or other trust factors like reviews or shipping time.

I don’t know if this is the right way to go if you are a brand new clothing brand with no prior data. I tried your method of not adding any interests with an age gap of 18-65 since our clothes are for everyone and usually Facebook shows most of our reach and impressions comes from 65+, our brand if a fun brand, but definitely not only for older people, our brand is actually a young and youthful feel. We did engagements ad post for a brand clothing video, awareness, and traffic for Instagram profile to build audience data before we start selling. Anytime we do 18-65 with no interests, and with interests, only 65+ has higher reach and impressions and we are one week in ads.

Great vid, just subbed! Question about targeting. In the past, I have done interest targeting to start, then once it’s saturated, move into broad targeting. Wouldn’t this teach the pixel where to look in the broad bucket, rather than having to wait 30-40 days for it to optimize? Thanks in advanced!

Yes, that is the theory, absolutely. If your creative is good, then it will do the targeting for you. Interests can still work, they just are not stable as you start to scale and require you to be inside ads manager for hours per day. Does that help? Sup fellas, been following you from the start great content. Here’s my issue with broad targeting. I’ve been doing it getting sales, but the ROI is high and crushing my profit margins: specially after 60 sales it’s at a 2. My ROI needs to be higher than a 1.6.. not much roof for growth and scaling when you subtract the ads and COG sold. 100$ a day ad spend. What’s your thoughts on that?
