@@julianmenes5605 yeah it also works for almond milk too. it's cool when u have a bunch of oat/almond orders. u steam 2/3 back to back and theyre sitting as u steam each milk and theyre perfect consistency when u pour them

I'm new to the manual steaming game, coming from the automatic steamer on Bambino Plus. I just got hot oat milk and almost no foam when steaming on my new La Pavoni Cellini Mini (E61). This morning I put the milk jar into the fridge for a while to see if that lower temperature would make a change. It worked wonders! From the first second, I knew that this was the missing variable. The milk slowly rose to a smooth, silky foam to the mug's rim. I couldn't imagine that a small temperature difference could make such a big difference. Using the gluten free Oddlygood Barista oat drink from Valio.

I’ve been really getting into at home coffee making and I’m loving this because I’ve been drinking oat milk and generally not getting the same feel as I used to with regular milk, can’t wait to try this!! Thanks so much!

Do you need a bigger mug for latte’s? Whenever I try to do the latte art the milk on top never pushes away from where I’m pouring, it just remains static.

These days i actually like the taste and texture of oat milk better and I'm not vegan, lactose intolerant or woke. I love cheese and yoghurt but for some reason I prefer oatmilk over milk in my coffee.

@@AndreaBeltran that may be why it’s frothy then! It could also be that the beans are very freshly roasted (if you get your beans from somewhere that roasts in house) or that you it has been over extracted (it should be no longer than 30s) 🥰

Y’all don’t need that milk, I use my favorite milk. Even though it better to use Whole milk because it has more fat so you can texture the milk better. Remember that what we do I this process is to bring up all the fat so we get that texture and sweetness. Good luck

Milk won't lose that much temperature in 20 seconds😂 Also when you work as a barista you can expect tickets up to 10 coffee. 100% half your coffees will have to sit on the counter for at least 20 seconds. Also the pitchers are pretty decent at staying warm anyways 😁
