Great guide, I had a question: How, if it all, does this change when applied to a 2v2 in the bot lane? It feels like as the AD carry, I can't initiate the trade by myself even if the enemy support or the adc blows their CDs, because the other one will just use their important spells. Denying minions is also much harder because while you can hit the enemy AD when they walk up, you'll get hit by the support (if they are ranged) or zoned (if they are melee).

Rather than considering the openings you have individually against the enemy you need to consider the openings you have as a pair. If the enemy blitz hooks for example, but your thresh has his you should start playing aggressive together. By yourself there obviously isnt much you can do since bot is a 2v2 role, but I have seen high elo adcs smurf and 1v2 lanes so you should go watch some high elo games and see what they do
