My question: why can't we superset upper body with lower body and why not 3 muscles at a time? My routine: I usually superset 2 to 4 muscle groups, one of which would be compund lift like squats or chest and I mix muscles up between upper body and lower body. I take 15 to 30 sec rest after an isolated muscle set and about 45 sec to 2 min rest after a compound set. I do 3 sets of each muscle and then move onto the next group of muscles. Is this approach ok? Ex: Superset Biceps, Triceps and Hamstring Next: Chest and Calves etc.

A slept on leg superset is good mornings into reverse Nordics/sissy squats. You just sit in the rack and perform them. I also do leg raises from the bar in the rack between squats. And yes my cardio is not a limiting factor 😂
