As dude walked out the door, "Ahh Ho"... LOL... Had a friend in the 70s in elementary school who was learning disabled, back then they called him slow or the R word. Not good with books and stuff, his street smarts and comedic timing were genius though. He had more common sense and functioned better than 90% of the kids in our grade. He could fix the hell out of a bicycle. He'd tell everyone, "you bike broke bring to me, I fix it". He got the nickname "Bicycle Sam" and all the kids would have him fix their shit. He was the coolest, most loving and caring person I have ever known.

@@injetavel279 He moved shortly after 4th grade about 30 mins away from us. He called me a couple years later and that's the last time we talked. Being kids, didn't think to get his number, and back then no caller ID, no email, internet etc., so I lost touch with him. All these years later I tried finding him on social media, internet searches, etc., but haven't had any luck. I hope he's still with us and enjoying life in our early 50's. I think about him often and laugh out loud when I remember some of the funny/crazy things he did to make us laugh as kids. He was a very unique and awesome person to know as a kid.
