Very interesting! I have been searching for Fila Womens Wear with very little luck. With Adidas and Nike at their height, I don't think Fila can come back unless they cater to a specific market and get with the times. Is it likely. No! Thanks for this great informatory video!

As an advertising professional Filas biggest issue is they haven't made a story of who they are. Even if you want to milk a lagecy brand, you need to tell that. Puma has done a good job at it. It doesn't need to be the most hyped, it needs to be authentic. People these days want a brand that is real that stands for something.

You skipped over how Hip-Hop was responsible for propelling the popularity of the Fila brand. Im from VA and I was rocking the Fila low top joints in 86. A lot of Brooklyn dudes were rocking Filas in the mid 80's. Check out Just-Ice's album cover for Back To The Old School. Nowadays the Fila apparel is dope but I aint rocking the shoes. No way.

I think they can bounce back if they target it to the younger generations who weren't around / were too young to remember their fall off. The brand is fairly popular with high schoolers and 20-year-olds where I'm from. strangely.
