The purchase of ADESA was nothing short of genius. I genuinely wish I had been part of that company and its growth. After grinding for 20 years in the car business, building everything on my own, I’ve realized something: People say I work hard to make money, but maybe it’s time to stop working hard and start working smart. I’ve got to say, this guy - whoever’s behind Carvana - is amazing. I wish I had met him earlier because there’s so much opportunity to build something big and new in the automotive business.

Good show! Question with the new car dealers: I think that is the next step for them is to make sure the regulations are on their side! With new car dealers, it is way more regulated.

My worst investment moves of all time (in no particular order): selling Carvana for a measly 2x in 2023 and selling 3 BTC to buy a 2005 Wrangler with 130k miles on it. #MaxPain
