Linda, you were lucky! Wal-Mart's prices vary so much. Some also have the markers for less. Mine rarely marks stuff down that much.

Awwwww I cannot tell you how thrilled i am that your baby is better!!! I always worry about ignorant people trying to harm my dogs with poisoned treats or food in the yard because they bark, hopefully nooone did THAT but its possibly he ate something that really did not agree with him, either way I am jsut thrilled that hes back in action for you!! This is great news about you helping with the next set of pencils. Wouldn’t it be wonderful if there was a set that had a light, medium and dark of each color family so that we can easily blend and use them. For 120 pencils, there could be several in each family like this. Maybe something that you can accomplish. What a wonderful opportunity. Also, and more important, I am so happy about your sweet little puppy. It is so hard to say good bye, but he is clearly not ready yet. May you have many more precious times together.

Yep, we were told to stock up on the anthraquinoid scarlet watercolor. The pigment Pr168 is being discontinued so i got a few tubes of the daniel smith and then realized that Caran dache also used that pigment. They are 571 in luminance and museum aquarelle.......... By the way there is a pencil color i would like you to consider, i got a budget pencil Wilshin that is the same as that hot air balloon set you have. Pencil 4071 is a beautiful purple grey that I would love if you included. The owner of Wilshin ran out so he is sending me a few of that color from China, but it is the perfect shadow color.

I'm so happy that your little buddy is so much better. I'm sorry but I haven't been watching everything that you have done lately due to a critically I'll husband. He is doing better for now. Any way, the reason I wanted to touch base is that I haven't seen anything about my favorite budget pencils. If you have, I apologize. My favorite is the Kalour brand. They come in 3 different core sizes, they are wax based. I like them almost as well as my prismas, but because the are so well priced, they have become my goto pencils.

Mark art pencils are great. Wish they had larger sets. Rachel has a couple coloring books out which are fantastic. She has no new ones. She is into splashing paint on large canvases. Her FB group is called Coloring Masters. I know you will love her coloring book called Desert Wonderland. Also please check out Norbert and Linden colored pencils. Wish you would review them. I got the Crayola for $4.99 and when I got my CyberTop pencils they were only #12.99. I'm saving up for the Polychromos I'm out of wound care, I'm going to be able to color now as tolerated, if it starts hurting, I just have to rest it. The nerves are damaged, but I'm on the mend.

felissimo 500 colored pencils. Not all of the sets are square pencils from what I’ve seen. The display is staggering. There is a set on eBay, but they are round. Amazon has the square set.

OMG. Your dog looks just like my first pet. Her name was Chemise and I had her from the time I was 13 until I was 26. I turned 50 this year and I am ready for another lap dog. I have had a very small dog since then but Shorty let me know he had things to do and that laps were unacceptable except during fireworks or thunder storms.

I don't have kalour but I have soucolor. From what I heard they are the same pencils. I am not a huge fan of soucolor but there are worse pencils out there. I use them for writing and light sketching. They aren't highly pigmented, but they aren't ultra scratchy either.
