How so Harper lost because he ended his tenure as PM jacking up the retirement age to 67, sending child benefit cheques to millionaire and billionaire families and race baiting with his niqab ban and barbaric cultural practices tip lines. Was not as accommodating to his own electorate when it came to the pandemic and horribly myopic when it came to immigration.
