The Twins were created unnaturally with Force Magick by Those Witches, The Force created Anakin naturally on its own, they wrote themselves into a corner when they said The Twins came from “the thread” which is the witch’s name for the force. They could’ve said they’re unnatural Products of Force Magick, instead of saying they came from The Force, as that implies it was natural like The Virgin Birth that is Anakin. What's as convoluted is that those witches created them with the force rather then them being created by the force itself so it implies they accomplished the ability to Create life by violating the force, something The Sith failed to do. Wanna see how it gets more complicated? 😂: In George’s Canon (G-Canon) Anakin was a complete virgin birth, & the entire idea of creating life by the Darkside was apparently a bill of goods Palpatine tried to sell Anakin according to George, which means The Entire Darth Plagueis Story in G-Canon could be fabricated by Palpatine. Though There was an early draft in Revenge Of The Sith' s Script where it was revealed that Palpatine actually did create Anakin through The Force and was his father but George changed that That's probably The influence behind that Darth Vader comic in Disney Canon you were referring to. Expanded Universe 's Canon, Palpatine & Plagueis tried to dominate the force and create life Dark side but The Force rejected their attempts & created Anakin to destroy The Sith as a result making The Prophecy true. Then we have Disney Canon where like you mentioned it's implied in That Darth Vader entirely later. In The through The Comic, Issue#25 at least that Palpatine was able to create Anakin through The Force, and since The Acolyte had Plagueis watching those witches do it , means Plagueis probably learned it and taught this ability to Palpatine. In this case I prefer The EU’s version of events (despite being a George Canon purist) because it establishes The Sith tried to create life from the force & it ironically caused The Force to react negatively creating a chosen one meant to wipe them out! G-Canon & The Expanded Universe Versions make the most sense, since anyone creating life from the force instead of the force creating life naturally on its own is highly unlikely in Star Wars, regardless of The Force or Force Magick. Force Magick in G-Canon is established to be unstable by its unconventional nature, while in The EU, Force Magick is just The Darkside used differently. Disney Canon has made Force Magick very OP in creating life automatically from The Force like the magic comes straight out of Marvel or DC.

My first memory of Star Wars (when it was only Star Wars) was going into the theater with my parents and seeing the end credits and starting to cry. When my parents asked why, i said we missed the movie....not realizing that my 7 yr old mind didn't know that movies played more than once a day. I grew up with the EU and still listen to Heir to the Empire (imo, the singularly BEST trilogy out side of the main one) on Audible once a year. I tried to connect with what Disney put out, but it just didn't have that sense of universality, or epic stories of good vs. evil i found prior to 2012. But again, that's me.

I really try with Disney. But I can't have faith in them. Especially after the abysmal Disney trilogy. Ever since then, I have had no confidence in them. I don't blame Daisy Ridley or John Boyega. They were victims of terrible writing. It was the way the legacy characters were treated. And trying to make the Disney heros relevant. But you don't disrespect legacy characters, especially Luke Skywalker.

I don't understand why Disney felt that it was necessary to deconstruct Leia, Han, and Luke in the sequel trilogy. Destroying the original trilogy characters was a extremely short sighted decision. IMO Disney lost their audience by doing that.

Not just Han, Luke and Leia, but Obi-Wan, Anakin and Padmé as well. If Disney thinks this works canon-wise then Anakin may as well have stayed on Tatooine with his mom. He would have met the Lars and they all would have been able to buy Anakin and Shmi’s freedom.

The prequels were bad…except for 3. That was before Disney. That was George Lucas. The threequels started off good, then Riann Johnson ruined it with the second throwing the whole first movie out, and forcing the third to be a disjointed mess. That was Lucas films helmed by Kathleen Kennedy not Disney. Disney owns Lucas Films, they don’t run it. Just like they own the MCU, but it’s ran by Kevin Feige. I know everyone wants to blame Disney but, the fault lies on Kathleen Kennedy. Even then though, she has had way more hits than misses. The real burden of Star Wars is the fans. There used to be a debate about who had the worst fans, Star Wars or Star Trek…Star Wars fans have said hold my beer, brandy, gin, whiskey, rum and weed.

Rogue One and Solo were great in my opinion. The sequel trilogy was the rollercoaster off the cliff. Branding existing canonical material as "Legends" was the destruction of the safety controls. Mando was the attempt to regain control. The Book of Boba Fett wasn't that bad for a spinoff idea, but it could have been better. Kenobi could have been far better. I haven't seen Andor or any of the other ones mentioned with it. The Acolyte was the only show that I was the most hesitant about. I love Sith, but after the Sequel trilogy I was extremely hesitant about the announcement of the show and I stopped watching this show partially through episode 3 and I have since washed my hands of this stuff.

I really think the bulk of the Disney Star Wars hate comes from the prequel kids. For a lot of us that grew up with the original trilogy, the prequels don’t have the real Star Wars feel. Heck, the Holiday Special and Ewok movies feel more like REAL Star Wars. And though there’s a lot of bad stuff from the Disney era. I’d say it’s 50/50 with the good, which includes some of the first Star Wars we’ve gotten since the 80’s that really feels like Star Wars. Stuff like Mando and Rogue One. Andor is great, but as a Star Wars show, I think Mando’s first two seasons beat it out easily, and it feels far more like Star Wars than the prequels ever did.

This was an amazingly great video and totally unexpected, not because you guys are bad at what you do, I really enjoy your content, but because you were extremely critical of Disney and what they have done with Star Wars in all of the correct ways. It’s the agenda, lack of continuity and lore of a beloved franchise as well as just plain shitting on it. Nobody is against female heroes, it’s like they forgot about Leia being completely badass, it’s the forcing of squares in circle holes, it just doesn’t work. If done correctly and without shitting on the franchise, they sure new ideas would be somewhat welcomed. I say somewhat because we all know how some of us fans can be lol. For me on Disney Star Wars stuff Rebels, High Republic books, fallen order, Visions, force awakens, Mandalorian, and few other things are good and feel like Star Wars to me. But franchise have ups and downs more of the latter these days because things can’t even get announced with out getting hated on like the remastered of Knights of the Old Republic. My advice wait until you watch or read something Star Wars before reviewing and leave real world problems out of it
