I actually fell in love with Incineroar thanks to their other competitive outing in Smash Ultimate. One of the coolest heavyweight designs on the roster, and easily one of its most expressive thanks to their many awesome animations. When I started getting into competitive Pokemon team building recently, I was happy to find that my appreciation for them was easily able to carry over to their home series. No matter what game I play with them though, there's nothing like scaring the the crap out of your opponent with some good ol' intimidation.

Late response, but it's because of Incine in Smash that made me get 4 shiny Littens in Violet. And before you ask, I main Incineroar for a good while & used in the SwSh era.

⁠I hated Incineroar until smash bros, and I quickly grew to love it for just how much personality it had. Then coming back to pokemon, I realized just how much personality it always had, everything it did was exaggerated because it's a performer at heart, and I love it for that

I loved eating Parting Shot with Contrary Malamar last gen. I'm terrible at predicting that move so it almost never worked, but when it did (usually unintentionally) it was hilarious.

I am very happy that my first ever Pokémon has become one of the best and I mean that literally I turned my actual first Pokémon into a competitive one on sword and shield, it dosent have parting shot but the assault vest set is really good

As someone who named my litten “Kevin Owens” as soon as it evolved into Incineroar and mained it in Ultimate, I love that he was just as awesome in the VGC

Nah it's coming back on the DlC, and I'm glad for it. Kinda annoying in doubles, but I play mostly singles, where imo is a good fun Pokémon to use but not nearly as overwhelming

He said hey you know this game better than me why don't you put some teams together. I ended up making him a groudon Yveltal team. As for myself I want to make Zygarde work and boom here I am.

I'm a singles player. At first I thought: Nice, is going to be a cool pivot with the boots and intimate for lower tiers And then at second thought I was like: hmmm, this thing has intimidate and is a fire type like Arcanine who was a top choice in the vanilla Sun/Moon vgc metagame. But... It has fake out... I wonder what's going to happen next... And, well, the rest is history... And to this day, I have in my mind that because of Incineroar's insanity in vgc is why I think it was choosen for smash ultimate. Like Sakurai saw the use statistics and said: oh shit this mon is very used, I bet pokéfans love it, I bet they will love to see it in smash At least I don't think fans like it as much, but is a beast in competitive, you need it in your team

I loved Incineroar, Gods give to Pokemon. My Incineroar beat the Battle Tree in gen 7 lol. Was a major part of getting the 3 format stamps of the tree. Then after Beating Red's Charizard, it goes on to crush Leon's Charizard lol.

I don't hate incenaroar i just don't like it. It was very mid but i like pokemons cause i was christian and people say "Don't judge anyone. Even if there ugly or beautiful" So i followed that ignoring ugly designs. But i was underwell when i choose litten as my starter. I just felt like it was a miss oppurtunity to make incenaroar not sexualized
