You know how I'd sum his death up? Surprising. We heard him talk about drugs, yes, we heard him talk about his problems, sure, and we thought that he would be around forever! That his problems wouldn't get to him, that he would constantly keep winning battles against the demons. I think nobody apart from stern anti-drug shills would have seen this man's death coming. Especially considering the way it hit, when it hit and where it hit. ''They tell me they care, they're just in love with the music So they'll never know about the pain I go through'' So damn true. Lotta people were sad for a day and then moved on whereas a lot are still depressed about it. I mean I know I still feel like he died today. That's how fuckin' much it stings, man. I hear some of his old songs and like literal tears just start pourin' like it's raining or something. Fuck man I can't believe he's gone, I want to believe he's alive and well in Curacao or some random Caribbean island and chilling by himself because of all the coincidences and correlations between his lyrics and statements to his death and how it played out. I choose to believe he's alive for my own sake because taking someone like Juice, and taking him at such a young age, felt fucking unreal and impossible. I deal with a lot of issues he dealt with so my sympathy with his lyrics is just unreal, it feels like he's my friend and he's there to help me, and to take care of me when I'm doing bad... Forever I'll preach 999 and his words. Rest easy my man. About the video itself: I loved the way you structured this, going chronologically wayyy back to when he was 15, like shit I didn't even know he had those old songs dude lmao (btw they slap thanks for introducing us to them). Really summed up everything, spot on script. Also really really felt that unscripted part at the end when you spoke about his death.

As much as I love Juice, I don't think the pilot was the direct cause of his death. They took the drugs on the plane (which is something they shouldn't have done in the first place) and I don't think the pilot intended for that to inadvertently kill Juice. He was just doing his job by reporting it to the authorities because it was a crime. I wish Juice didn't swallow those pills and just went to jail instead (I didn't want that to happen either but it probably would've ended with that if he didn't die, which is something that would've been a lot better than losing his life). No-one else directly caused Juice's death... Juice did (as much it pains me to say). Yeah, there were other factors involved that led to it, but Juice was the one who took those pills. I'm not sure what caused him to make that exact decision though. Maybe he was under a lot of pressure from the authorities outside and made that choice (because we don't usually make the best decisions when we're under a lot of pressure), or maybe it was something else. It doesn't matter how you look at it, the end result was his death. He was so fucking young too. He was also a nice guy with talent. RIP Juice. I wish you were still alive, mate.

I was at rock bottom in the summer of 2018. I had just lost my long-time job and had to find a new home due to downsizing. Plus, I had just got out of the hospital after a week's stay. I was in the midst of feebly attempting to pack up all my ish with a physical disability. I was at my wit's end and didn't think I could take any more hardships. I was 45yo and thought it was essentially a wrap for me. It was at that moment that I aimlessly played some playlist on my Amazon Music account, and Lucid Dreams played. At the time, I had no idea what the song was nor who was singing it. I stopped packing and took a look at the playlist and discovered the wonderful world of Juice Wrld. Dude literally changed my life and gave me the inspiration to keep striving and not give up on everything I had built (and watched crumble). I know I'm an oldhead way outta the age-range of Juice's normal fanbase, but I quickly became one of his staunchest supporters, disregarding anyone who'd clown me for digging his music. It hurts deep that he's gone, but his legacy will live on, and I will continue to bump his music and get my world back on track. Great vid and homage to Juice!

@@itsAaronSpeaking I'm slowly getting there, bro. It's a process. Anything worth having takes time, so I just gotta dig in and keep leaning forward. Thanks for the kind words. And thanks for crafting this documentary centralizing on the meteoric rise of Juice Wrld. I've been watching a few of your other vids and you do a great job capturing the essence and accomplishments of these revered entertainers. Big ups go out to you, bro!
