4:40 Yeah there is a reason Shattered spleen in it of itself gives crit even if its 5%. An item should atleast somewhat useful in it of itself, sure depending on the character it isn't as useful but thats relying on characters its not made for. So Laser Scope is desgined to enhance those characters yet for a LEGENDARY it simply multiplies a niche damage increase, which is very good if you already have crit if you don't this item is worthless. SO instead: Laser Scope: Your Crit deals additional 100% damage. Gain 15% Crit chance. the increased chance is because of how hard it is to gain it while shattered spleen is difficult but more likely.

Only the utility. Default M2, default Utility, and alt Special are the fastest options.

Custom in house mod. They haven't confirmed if they plan to release it. If they are going to release it, they probably want to work on it more from what they have talked about in stream chat conversations. They recently had a bug in the last race they did.
