I want to begin by saying you and David are a lovely, fun couple. And as to your remarks about not being a typical Ritz patron, I have always liked your uniqueness. You bring a fresh perspective to dull routines. I think the Ritz's attitude about men sweating in their jackets is a poor one. Patrons should have a comfortable temperature. The Ritz didn't have the perfect scone one would expect there. And their rushed schedule could be felt. Although most of the food seemed fine, it didn't feel like the most friendly place you have filmed. I am glad David was there with you, it saved this experience for your viewer.

I love your reviews, they are always so thought out and full of detail - We were both very surprised that we did not feel like this afternoon tea was a tourist attraction if that makes sense- the food, service and surroundings were all quite lovely- that being said- there are a lot of places here in London that do offer a lot of the same with out the reputation. If you ever have a chance, I would love to see a video of afternoon tea at a kosher tearoom in London. Those of us who keep kosher simply cannot patronize non-kosher restaurants.

Thanks for your video. The first time I enjoyed afternoon tea at the Ritz there was no time limit. Mass tourism and mass financial greed have both got out of control. No way will I ever return and be told I’ve only got 45 minutes, a fu**ing outrage!

I’m so glad you were asked about the Ritz vs. the Savoy, because I strongly considered the Ritz for our upcoming trip, but I booked the Savoy instead. It’s more convenient geographically for us, but I liked that there were fewer restrictions overall. Thanks for helping be as prepared as humanly possible with all your fantastic videos.

We just returned from London! We so enjoyed Tea at The Ritz and cocktails at The Rivoli Bar! My favorite sandwiches? The Ham and The salmon! My sister and I had the Rose tea and mom had a berry blend(?). We enjoyed every minute and every bite! Well worth the £££!!!

Welcome to Wanderland! That is such a difficult question to answer - But I’d say my favourite fancy tea was probably The Dorchester. My favourite mid range was The OXO Tower . The Ritz was a nice surprise though , much better overall then I thought it would be😁 See you next time down the rabbit hole💕✨🐰🇬🇧🫖
