The handcuffs will actually be really useful to prevent respawning of enemy players during raids

Yeah, that's what I fear. While bed timers are a way to temporarily prevent players from fighting in a raid, cuffs can easily be a more permanent option. All raiders have to do is down a defender, cuff them before they can F1 kill, get them in their raid base, then have someone not important constantly push them around, preventing the cuffed player from breaking free and screw over the defenders. IMO, a player with 0.2 hours shouldn't be able to permanently stall a player with well over a 1000 hours.

They forgot the actual safe zone around the ice cream truck, I got killed by a full geared duo who just hang around the truck and kill people who get close to it and nab the loot

The fire on the bradley and patrol helicopter have been updated also. Less smoke effect more pretty fire colors. It seems to help a little for those pesky scientists that like to hide in the smoke from you after killing the bradley.

I love the bikes, but I wish they steered a bit more like GTA where you can tap left or right n turn the wheel quickly. In any driving I try to make quick adjustments esp on bikes. I feel it's still a bit laggy in the steering but it's new. Still a cool add on (n I like the rando spawns)

I've been playing for so many years, and the game has changed so much. I loved it for most of it, but I haven't played since the last patch, where they punished soloing/duoing on big servers. If a two-man team tried to do their huge recycling on a server with 8-12 players, it became a problem. I think they shot themselves in the foot with that patch. I had 20 friends still playing the game after pretty much 8-10 years, and now only 2 of them remain curious from time to time to see the changes. That's why I'm here. But at the moment, there are two flaws in Rust: 1) The scrap grind is way too intense for small groups, and 2) Easy Anti-Cheat.
