Architect here, The Steve Jobs Theater ceiling is held up by the structural glass you see in the picture. When glass is curved, its rigidity and compressive strength greatly increase allowing it to hold up a much larger load than straight glass. The same goes for curved paper being stronger than flat paper. Also the lightweight ceiling doesn't hurt. Congrats on 5 Million Marques! Been watching since before the Galaxy Nexus days! Ace Unknown here is what happened . They couldn't get the finger print under screen tech to work . And they didn't want to have a fingerprint in the back cause it's not a apple thing to do and like Android . So they just did face Id and pretended it's more convenient cause they couldn't get the touch id to work under the screen. Can't wait till Samsung or something does that the finger print under screen first . Cause yeah face Id is bs.
