Click on the links below to enroll: YSG Sets 1-6: bit.ly/3K9w9AC YSG Sets 7-12: bit.ly/3ctj5dg Yan Shou Gong 延壽功 is an Authentic Nei Gong practice traditionally taught to only the most senior monks in the Southern Shaolin Temple. Each of the Yan Shou Gong sets condenses the best practices of the Nei Gong arts, making them: • Easy to learn. • Quick to practice. • Produce real internal skills. Many types of Nei/Qi Gong practices typically take years before a student feels any benefits from the training; Or even worse, the methods don’t produce any results. However, this is not the case with Yan Shou Gong, as the student will notice the benefits instantly, and in most instances, it can begin to deliver results within weeks. Yan Shou Gong also emphasizes the development of kinetic energy and the mind; in Chinese martial arts, these terms are referred to as Jin 勁 and Yi 意. It also teaches the practitioner how to perform techniques such as Grounding, Rooting, and Centering, creating awareness and mindfulness of being in the body. This can improve a practitioner’s martial abilities, but it can also help relieve stress, anxiety, and depression. The comprehensive instruction provided in this course is ideal for martial artists who want to study an authentic Nei Gong system/internal art. It is also suitable for those who have previously been too busy, living a stressed-out lifestyle, and now need to work on improving their health. Inner-door Students Group: As well as the comprehensive video instruction provided within the course, Master Yap has created a private group to personally guide students studying the Yan Shou Gong (Shaolin Nei Gong) course with him. Access to the group is exclusive and only available to students who enroll in this course. Students can use the group to ask questions, discuss the video lessons and share their training experiences with the other pupils. Master Yap will be on hand to answer any questions and share new video lessons with the group. Click on the link to find out more: bit.ly/3K9w9AC

WOW! This has to be the best and most thorough explanation of the road map that I have ever seen that can be actively employed in Mo Pai Nei Kung since the issue with the Mo Pai methods, are a lack of masters that are willing to (or even allowed to) teach all of the steps to even get to level 4 of 72. There are some steps between each level that are never talked about and this explanation from Mr. Yap helps to guide the way in a sensible manner! Thank you Mr. Yap for your generosity in sharing this very valuable information! Your explanation and English speaking abilities are very good and understandable! 🙏🙏🙏

I think that one example may be Pung Jin. That feeling of fullness like a beach ball, where you can expand and contract with out collapsing or breaking your structure. Also being able to receive forces from multiple angles with out giving up your space.

after learning rooting and centering the energy your like a tree your boundary is how far you can extend that center control to set areas around you. stay in front a pushing force is comin in how far does your center let it before it can deal with the energy in a controlling way. think about holding a weight near you center then extending it out from their how much more energy you have to expel and less control you have. you will find your boundary is not smooth but strong in some areas weaker in others

@@jamesduga1900 It took me 12 years in Master Huang Sheng Shyan’s system to comprehend Peng Jin. During that time, I had flashes of it but the more I tried to replicate it, the farther away I fell from it. Ironically, I began to understand by practicing Master Huang’s Form and Loosening Exercises, and parts of the Old Chen Form, during the Pandemic, when I could not see my teacher in person. I also studied videos of Patrick Kelly, Guillem Bernardo, Wee Kee Jin, Master Huang, Cheng Man Ching, and other teachers. But my teacher’s 10 years of in person teaching was invaluable to what little progress I have made. My understanding is very limited. I compare it to the difference between a child who does not know how to walk tall and one that has taken a few steps across a room. The later has crossed a threshold but by no means is accomplished. I will be glad when I feel comfortable with gathering with my class and teacher in person again.

Here's some honest feedback... When you analyze what this guy is actually saying in this video, all he is describing is Pedagogy applied to a physical discipline... Granted, he's much better at it than others I've seen who make their explanations some sort of esoteric mumbo jumbo to the point that it becomes cultish. Also, I believe the Eastern mind takes this to a different level by drilling down to detail, most Westerners would view as burdensome. I like this guy's ability to explain things without resorting to brainwashing his audience. I think you are on the right track in trying to figure this Chi thing out with an educated guy like this. On the other hand, the jury is out for me on the usefulness of this Chi thing... I've never seen one of these guys actually be able to use it against a real figher. So, it may be an intellectual chasing of the wind. My mind is open to see what you come up with.
