Today, I'm dropping in on Toño ( / tgarciafoto ) for a House Call to help him dial-in the newest version of the Rocket Appartamento espresso machine. It's a compact, efficient, and stylish addition to Rocket Espresso’s lineup. In Europe, it is available for approximately €1,600.00 pretax, but may vary by country. This makes it an attractive option for coffee nerds like Toño looking for high-quality performance without the hefty price tag.
The Eureka Coffee Grinder is known for its precision and consistency and affordable price tag at around €450.00. It allows you to achieve the perfect grind size for espresso, and Toño has fitted it with a special hopper bellow to reduce retention.

I've had an Appartamento for over 6 years and in 20 minutes you can make a good espresso, just by running a little water (4s) through it and drawing off the coffee.

This looks exactly like myself with the similar same brand grinder-lelit machine.. i think people often forget small steps like this as explained.
