Thinking about getting one of these, don’t have a ton of space and this looks like I could hit everything with just a few movements

Hey Matt,I saw you had stem cell therapy to repair a torn meniscus a while back. How did it work out in the end? Did you completely avoid having meniscus surgery? I'm interested in trying it for my own meniscus tear

How much does that bag weigh?? Is it the full 150lbs in there?

Do you think Rogue, that you could make a sandbag carrier bag thing. So here's my dilemma, I work in a commercial gym and the 100lb sandbag is practically all I can have in the gym. It's not allowed on the gym floor unless I'm using it as insurance doesn't cover it for regular members. So what I find myself doing is using approximately 90lbs (I fill it with sandbells as I need to change the weight for different clients), but then I use additional 30-40lbs sandbells over the top of it to take it to weights like 200-240lbs. But when you're lifting a bag with multiple sandbells on top of it, everything moves around. I can't for example do floor to shoulder with 200lbs. However perhaps you could bring out a bit of kit that allows you to put the sandbag inside it, as well as other sandbags and then you could somehow ratchet it up so it stays right. Weight could be changed easily. I have several of your bags and they are great but in the gym I only have the 100. Just be cool to somehow add additional weight and keep it all together.

I use an old fire hose wrapped around a coupler for the same purpose. 60lbs and the fire station gave it away for free

Why buy a sandbag??? Just take a fucking burlap sack and put sand in it ffs what a waste of money. I like rogue but this is getting stupid.

Have fun when the burlap sack rips above your head and both you and the gym are covered in sand
