When you notice change during sprint, how do you address it, do you have to do a simple working session or use the communication portal for discussion, please explain in details how to do that?

Do you mean scope change during the sprint? If so, you will always address it asap depending on the urgency of the request, sometimes done through communication channels or face to face conversations. I preferably face to face conversation to addressing any issues 🙏🏾🙏🏾 but if not urgent can always wait for the next meeting.

I will start by talking to the team the reasons behind that, and find way how you all can collaborate on what to work on. Negotiate with PO and stakeholders, hopefully you all we come to a confidence level.

You mentioned not to split stories. What are your thoughts on creating sub tasks within each story?

It ok for Devs to create sub-task, it important to coach them to close all sub-task before closing the story.
