The Rolling Stones Last ever live version of Brown Sugar - Last Charlie Watts show - Miami 2019

Multicam video recordings of the last live performance of Brown Sugar (so far?). Performed as the main set closer on the show at the Hard Rock Stadium, Miami, USA on August 30, 2019.
Since their 2021 No Filter Tour The Rolling Stones don't play Brown Sugar anymore. According to Mick Jagger: "We’ve played ‘Brown Sugar’ every night since 1970, so sometimes you think, We’ll take that one out for now and see how it goes.” The frontman told that in an interview in the Los Angeles times. Keith Richards said: "I don’t know. I’m trying to figure out with the sisters quite where the beef is. Didn’t they understand this was a song about the horrors of slavery? But they’re trying to bury it. At the moment I don’t want to get into conflicts with all of this shit. But I’m hoping that we’ll be able to resurrect the babe in her glory somewhere along the track.” He said that in an interview in the Los Angeles Times.
It was the last show of the third leg of the No Filter Tour. It was the last show with drummer Charlie Watts, who passed away almost two years after this show, on August 24, 2021.

I saw them August 2019 as well, but in Seattle Washington! The show was fantastic ☺️ The volume was so Loud🔊 that it was a little distorted. This was my second time to see them. The first time was at the Kingdom in Seattle--the last concert before it was torn down. It was the Bridges to Babylon tour. The sound and loudness there was Absolutely Fabulous!!!

Thank-you for showing this Ed!!! Nice to see Charlie in his last performance!!! As far as playing Brown Sugar for the upcoming tour I feel that decision is best left up to the band!!!! A big factorin this is they are touring in Europe and South America not the United States!!! When they did come back to finish the last leg of the No Filter tour in 2021 I voiced my opinion about this on another site and got "my ass handed to me" for my opinion by what I suspect were alot of British people!!! I'm from Minnesota and though I'm not from the Twin Cities area was deeply affected by the George Floyd incident as was the entire state. I never knew people could be so mean and callous!!! I won't go onto what I said in fear of stirring things up again. I'll just stick with what I said earlier, it's the bands choice and will respect whatever they decide to do!!!😊🤘🤙👍❤💋

Great song, but I have to be honest: when I first read the setlist for the first 2021 concert, I didn't realise it was missing. For me the mainstays are Sympathy for the devil, midnight rambler, Paint it Black

I was there. The whole crowd fucked up the “woo!” section and they ended the song early in complete disappointment. I remember they started really late around 10 PM in the whole crowd was shot by the end of the show. Other than that it was an epic show!
