The stadium was empty for a reason - this was not a live concert. It was part of a film ~ Rolling Stones: Live at the Max (also known as Stones at the Max), a concert film by The Rolling Stones released in 1991. It was specially filmed in IMAX during the Urban Jungle Tour in Europe in 1990. It was one of the first efforts at presenting entertainment in the IMAX format. The Urban Jungle Tour was the European version of the American Steel Wheels Tour.

Thanks for the clarification. It Looked real., Had no idea. As I saw them live a few times over 20 plus years and they were always great performances/ concerts.

I've loved the Stones for nearly 60 years. The first time I saw them in concert was in 1963 (the very first concert I ever attended) in UK, when they were unknown outside of London and they were way down the bill, but they were a big hit with the audience, closing the first half of the concert. Headliners were ... The Everly Brothers, Little Richard and Bo Diddley (with the Duchess and Jerome). There were others on the bill too but no longer memorable. I've seen them about 5 times over the years in Australia, last time in 2014. Every concert I've been to has been fantastic. ❤ 🖤 ❤ 🎵 🎶 🎵
