No that will not happen. Because of a basic fact that we have multiple languages. For each state there are film associations they will have a elected president and there will be some 8-10 department heads. They will look after the artists welfare and that is a huge independent system already. And names for each state are what we see now. Even though how much ever people say to not have separate bollywood or tollywood they will exist. And that is not a bad thing if you look at the wider picture.
