It has always saddened me that the passing of wisdom is not a priority in today’s world. Yes, even when I was young! It occurred to me, watching your video, that YT is a means for this to happen. I hope they take time out from gaming and cats with light-sabres to find wisdom here. If not your videos, then something else to guide them (hopefully on the side of light). Oh, thank you for another wonderful video.

I was just talking to another person and indeed it is very sad that we nowadays distance ourselves from one another, which is perfectly understandable, but we must fight against this impulse. We need to have more conversations and share information with one another, educate and being educated. People crave for distractions from this maddening world, especially nowadays as we have a quicker access to information and all the terrible things happening all over the world at any time, all at once. This leads us to feel absolutely drained of energy, so it's a good thing there are healthy distractions out there, such as gaming and cats with light-sabres as you have pointed out hehehe. But indeed, we do need to make time to educate and being educated, to talk and listen to others and share information. I think that's precisely what will minimise all the harm we do to each other everyday.

@@ArithHärger - I agree, but I do wish my culture was amongst those who listen to their elder traditions. So much is lost & there is only so much you tube you can watch in a day! Thank goodness this sort of thing is my cats with light sabres. Haha

@@PutinsMommyNeverHuggedHim It would be wonderful if true, but I’m not sure if solutions to problems are wisdom. The wisdom I meant was….I don’t even know what to call it….Earthly, or Human, or Profound. Wisdom that is creative and that is constructive. Our “Solution wisdom” now is, “oh, that country has an x-bomb! What shall we do?” Reply? “Our country will build the bigger and better Z bomb”. It is a solution for the current times, but it’s not really wisdom, or not constructive, I think. I think while you are totally right some might not fit it today’s society, I think most of it does. We still wash our fruit before we eat it. :-). Even the bits that don’t fit will make someone think. And I think that’s part of what wisdom is all about-people thinking about things in different ways.

Excellent yet again Arith! When you spoke of the knowledge of how to harm not being the same as doing, and also does not mean the person with that knowledge is evil, it made me think...If a person knows how to help and does not it doesn't make that person bad or evil either. Nor does that knowledge in and of itself mean that person is good. I mention this as there is a prevailing view is that if a person knows another needs help and does not, it is seen as at best wrong.

I read an article on the Hadron colider in switzerland. Something along the lines that Scientists proved that the Universe is made up of equal parts matter and anti-matter. They also proved that we shouldn't exist because the collisions that take place in the colider prove that equal parts anti-matter and matter cancel eachother out into nothingness. This kind of gives a resonent feel for Thurisaz to me. The Fire Thurses of Muspelheim and Rimfrost Thurses of Nifleheim. The polar opposite forces representing creativity and chaos yet are neccesary to the balance of the cosmos. I haven't messed with this rune yet until I can fully understand it, how to invoke the right property of it in the right way.

Hmm, I was mistaken presuming thurisaz represented only the thurse and that message came to me through Khaos... my e-bike tire was punctured and when I was patching it ( which I did wrong the first time ) I received a puncture in my finger. Rode to town to test it out and on the way home the tire started leaking... fortunately someone with a literal kitchen sink in his truck bed kindly picked me up and dropped me off home. He said 'maybe it was a thorn' which connected the three incidents as an indication of thurisaz, the punctured tire, my punctured finger, and the mistake of applying the patch before the rubber cement had dried. After coming back home, I watched some more videos about repairing bike inner tubes and realized I should have waited 5 minutes and had some tea while the cement dried... and a message at the end of a video; The devil is in the details. Stick with devil worship, people, Satanism is a cursed practice.
