Disclaimer: This is not medical advice I am simply sharing my thoughts on favouring morning runs over afternoon & evening runs.
In this video I attempt to articulate the idea of morning running and why it might be a good way to start your day. Beginning with exercise before starting your day can help you focus and perhaps add some necessary motivation to complete other task or jobs during your schedule.

Hey I have just watched this videos and I am so motivated to start running properly now. I am thinking of joining a running club to help improve my fitness and health. I hope you keep going on your running journey
