That's from the MCS, so set a lot of the standards for low carbon products.

@@allisternoble8349 that would be the case if we were using the traditional heat loss calculation method. This is a short cut cheat method where we don’t need to multiply by 24. We would always recommend a full heat loss calculation method if you are considering installing a heat pump. This method is more to get a general idea of your likely running costs
