Not sure of the time frame, but kreig might have been "lost" at this time, plus a "simple" laz gun stc pattern would've been distributed to many forge worlds including krieg itself

Also depends on when the lore was made. Much of the deeper details of the Death Korps of Krieg wasn't hashed out until a *LONG* time after the Sabbat Crusade was already firmly established. I'm pretty sure when the Sabbat Crusade was mostly established the DKoK was still but a single page in a White Dwarf magazine as a one-off conversion for Steel Legion.

Different planet, Forge world Lucius in in segmentum obscurus to galactic north, sabbat worlds and in pacificus to galactic west. And Krieg was operational since late 40M.

I have always wondered how the great enemy get enough ships to fight against the empire. I know I they steal and modify ships but it's never explained how this manages to get them enough to outnumber a crusade level fleet. I don't see the imperials losing two ships for every one they have and I would think most ships would destroy themselves before being captured. Logistics should be the main thing breaking any chaos forces knees.

I am pretty sure that collar exists only in Primaris armour. I see two options, first a oversight and just using representative art or Arch made an oopsie, can't blame his usual etourage this time :D.

"What the Guard had failed to do in 3 weeks, the Astartes did in 3 days" This among other examples, is why the Codex Astartes and the breaking of the Legions was a mistake. The Astartes should have remained the frontline troops of the Imperium. It would arguably never have gotten as bad as it has if Guilliman didn't over react by breaking up the Legions, a mistake he seems to have recognized since the Indomitus Crusade. Theres a reason the Emperor created the Astartes. The Legiones Astartes was simply capable of doing things the Adeptus is too small and weak to do, and the Guard utterly unsuited for. The Emperor made the Legions because he recognized that unaltered humans are simply not up to the task of going on the offensive against humanities threats. They did well holding the line for 10k years, but to push the line back, the Legions need to be reformed.

Inquisitor#1 did you hear about those pyskers who said that souls from some group called the round table were born into the galatic section called the Sabbat world and that this person Guant has the soul of someone cslled Lancelot inside him. Inquisitor #2 ya .I don'r know wbout that but some of the other inquisitors have been talking about Gaunt. I'm told he's quite a sight to see. Inquisitor #1 What was that Iquisitor #2 I don't know. Does the Imperium even perform a wargame against chaos cultists? Do they have computer models for a typical chaotic general from space marine down to standard man? Is this considered heretical, so the armies march forward with half formed plans under religious dogma justifying suicidal actions?

To be fair, a lot of Chaotic commanders are completely insane and, when you bring in warp nonsense, it is almost as pointless to wargame against Chaos as it is against the orks because the rule book gets thrown out the window. As for common cultists, their insanity often means just they just run at your machine gun emplacements in the hopes of beating you with pure numbers.
