There is no place in the Bible where Jesus or apostles commanded to be dipped in water

It’s in the name, “baptism”. Comes from Greek “Baptizo” meaning immersion

@@PlantChrist immersion doesn’t mean water. But if one is immersed in water and is thus baptize then once one comes out of the water he is no longer baptized because he is no longer immersed. Baptista in ancient Greek was a common term for drowning. So if you truly baptize in water, then you would put the person under and he would not come up and would die.

@@PlantChrist I could be immersed or baptized in my work. I could be immersed or baptized with sickness. These are common ways the ancient Greeks used the word Baptidzo.

@@aletheia8054contexts necessitates you to immerse in the object (water). This isn’t an argument as many paedobaptist divines (Calvin for one) admit to this.

@@PlantChrist Why does it necessitate water? What is the ”it”? Show me the verse where Jesus commands water baptism .
